Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are between you and Chuk's Hut, LLC. By accessing PairPal or using the PairPal mobile application, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

PairPal is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their location. You may not use PairPal if doing so would violate applicable law.

Recommendations

PairPal provides informational wine-pairing suggestions. Recommendations are generated from available information and personal preferences; they are not guarantees of availability, quality, price, or suitability. Please consume alcohol responsibly.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use PairPal for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Interfere with the service or attempt to bypass its security
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell PairPal except where the law permits
• Upload content that infringes another person's rights

Third-party services

PairPal relies on third-party services for functions such as account access, data storage, and image processing. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

PairPal, its branding, software, characters, and original content are owned by Chuk's Hut, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve PairPal. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PairPal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Chuk's Hut, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PairPal. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using PairPal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect PairPal, its users, or comply with law, including for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Chuk's Hut, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
